Schedule:
Full Time
Days - 3 Shifts per week (7am-7pm).  36 hours per week.
Nights – 3 Shifts per week (7pm-7am). 36 hours per week.
 
Summary:
The Med/Surg RN performs ongoing, systematic collection and analysis of patient data pre-, during, and post-treatment for assigned patients and documents in the patient medical record, adjusts or modifies the treatment plan as indicated, and notifies inpatient program manager, appropriately credentialed physicians, patient's primary nurse and others as may be indicated.
Enters all treatment data into the designated medical record thoroughly, accurately, and promptly.
