DIRECTOR OF OUTPATIENT SERVICES - MSW REQUIRED Schedule: 8 hour shift Days and no weekends The Director of Outpatient Services provides the leadership and strategic planning of the Intensive Outpatient Program / Partial Hospitalization Program offered at the Hospital for Behavioral Medicine. The Director of Outpatient Services ensures that the programming provided is meeting the needs of the community, as well as the facility’s performance goals and objectives. Some responsibilities include the overall administrative processes and management systems for geriatric services offered at the facility, promotion and maintenance of a therapeutic environment, and development and implementation of clinical treatment programs.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Required Master's Degree from an accredited school for Social Work, or related mental health field
License: Required independent state licensure in mental health. LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, (Required)
Experience: Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in psychiatric/mental health field, with a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in advanced clinical/management practice preferred
