BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND MARKETING DIRECTOR – HOSPITAL EXP REQUIRED
Candidates must have Behavioral Health Hospital experience.

This Behavioral Healthcare Hospital is located in Northern Illinois has an opportunity for a DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT who is experienced working in this role at a For Profit Behavioral Health Hospital.  As the DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of business and marketing plans for the facility and establish strategic marketing plans to achieve the facility's objectives.  In addition this position will require the development and management of  the marketing department's operating budget.
Education

• Required: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or Business Administration
• Maintains education and development appropriate for position.

 
Experience

• Required: Three years in healthcare and/or medical industry
• Preferred: Previous marketing experience in a behavioral health setting
• May substitute education for experience
