Hospital Director of Food & Nutrition 

Medium-sized hospital in a nice location in Texas is seeking a Director of Food and Nutrition. The Director will be responsible for all aspects of the food service operation. Will be charged with maintaining cost control, human resources management - hiring, dismissing, evaluating staff; purchasing, food production and equipment maintenance. The position reports to the COO.
 
Qualifications:

• BS in Dietetics or Food System Management
• Should be a Registered and Licensed Dietician in Texas
• At least 3 to 5 years' experience working in an acute care setting.
• Should be a forward-thinking leader
