SURGICAL TECH CVOR FIRST ASSIST

ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY
A Level II Hospital in beautiful Charleston, SC is actively recruiting and ready to hire an experienced Surgical Technologist/ CVOR First Assist for their busy Operating Room.  The CVOR will function as a patient assistant to the physician.   This Facility has 6 Vascular Surgeons, 2 Cardiac Surgeons and 1 Thoracic Surgeon who perform 400 heart cases per year in addition to Vascular Surgeries.

ARE YOU QUALIFIED FOR THIS POSITION?

• Do you have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a CVOR First Assist?
• Do you have extensive endoscopic / strong scope harvesting experience? This is required.
• Are you a Graduate of an accredited surgical technology program?
• Do you have CSA (Certified Surgical Assistant) credentialing or are you a Graduate of an accredited surgical technology program?
• Are you a  Certified Surgical First Assist through the NBSTSA?
• Do you have the ability to demonstrate advanced clinical skills, including expert practitioner knowledge and skills for more complex cases?
